Early pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and tourist transport journey through the picturesque landscapes and villages of the southern Cusco valley.
07:30 AM
Arrival at the Andean community of Pacchanta (4,300 masl). Here we will be welcomed by the locals and enjoy a warm, fortifying Andean breakfast.
08:30 AM
Start of the spectacular trekking circuit at the foothills of the imposing Ausangate snow-capped peak (the highest mountain in Cusco). The hike takes about 4 to 5 hours at a gentle pace and is of moderate level.
10:30 AM
During the circuit, we will visit and carefully explore seven beautiful glacial lakes (Azulcocha, Otorongo, Alqaqocha, Q'omercocha, Pucacocha, Pataqocha, Taulliqocha). The guide will explain local legends and the spiritual significance of these intensely turquoise, green, and blue waters.

End of the hike and return to the community of Pacchanta.
02:00 PM
Time for total relaxation in the medicinal open-air hot springs of Pacchanta, with unbeatable views of the Ausangate peak (optional but highly recommended).
03:00 PM
Restorative lunch prepared with fresh, local ingredients from the region at a community home.

Arrival in Cusco and transfer to your hotel, marking the end of a memorable adventure.
